An Accident While Bunjee Jumping
Mission Requirements:

3 Rescue Transport Vehicle(RTW) with Rescue Medic(RM) and Emergency
Doctor(ED)
1 Salvage Vehicle(FGRR)
1 Bridge Laying Vehicle(FGRB)
1 Transport Vehicle Motorboat(TFMB)
Mission Solution: (SECOND POSSIBLE SOLUTION UNDER THE FIRST ONE)
First possible solution:
Send FGRI with an engineer, three fully manned RTW, a FRGB, a FGRR, a RHF with a dog handling team and a RW with a diver. Let the engineer drive to the railway crossing and let him get out. To the west is the first stop sign, you can switch it on with the control box that is next to it. Now let the engineer WALK across the railway bridge to the second stop sign and switch it on. Let a RTW go to the crossing and let the personnel get out and treat the victim on the bridge. Let the FGRB make a bridge over the river (this can only be done at the green circle near the river). Let all units cross the bridge, let the RW and one RTW go to the north and stop by the bend in the road. A second victim is in the water fighting for his life, let the diver take him out and tell the doctor to treat him. Let the rescue dog search for the missing bungee jumper (I found him under the tree near the river, but it according to others the location may vary). When the dog finds the victim he will bark real loud, the FGRR then must pick up the tree so that the doctor can treat him. Take all wounded to the hospital and let the engineer switch OFF the stop signs so that trains can move on.
Second possible solution:
Deploy 1 RTW to the railroad crossing straight ahead of where units enter scene. Deploy all other units to riverbank near where the boat can be deployed at.
Have occupants from RTW near tracks exit vehicle. Send the RM down the track towards the victim on tracks. This part here gets a little tricky, but its all timing. As soon as you see the RM and victim on same screen (make sure that is your selected unit) a cutscene will happen with the train crossing activating. Watch the bottom of your screen and as soon as you see that they have the victim move your cursor to the right and send your RM there (it will let you do this even during the cutscene). After that send your RM with victim back to the RTW for exam and treatment by the ED.
Now have your TFMB begin laying a bridge across the river. Once laid send 1 RTW and the TFMB across and all the way up to the lake. Deploy the boat in water and rescue the victim that is right there. Begin exam and treatment with the ED. Send the TFMB back across the bridge and deploy the boat. Have the RM get in the boat and send it just past the bridge and deploy your RM there to retrieve the victim. Send the boat back to have ED begin exam and treatment. Send the FGRR across the bridge and just past a bridge where you will see a tree laying inside of a circle of rocks right near the bank. Move the tree and use the boat to rescue the victim there.
Send the boat back so exam and treatment can begin on that victim. Once all victims are stable, transport them away from scene.
