Terorist Attack: Dirty Bomb

Mission Solution:
Send in 18 TLF, an ITW with three doctors and one paramedic, a RW with firefighters with respiratory devices, a DEKON with three ABC-firefighters, a DLK, a FGRR and eight ASF Send one TLF to each smoking car and cool it down so they won�t explode. Place five TLF west of the mall, five north of the mall and five east of the mall, spread them so they�ll each extinguish a different part of the building. Let the ASF trucks remove the contaminated pieces of debris lying on the street (there�s green smoke coming from them). Let the ABC firefighters decontaminate the contaminated victims and place them in the ITW. Use a firefighter with rescue cutters to free the two people inside wrecked cars (both in the middle of the street). Once the fire in the southwestern building is out place the DLK there and have firefighters enter the room, there is an old wounded lady here, rescue her and have a doctor take a look at her. Also rescue the wounded under the big piece of debris lying in the middle of the street (use the FGRR to pick it up) and the two wounded that are lying inside the collapsed building to the east of the exploded shop. If necessary call some ambulances for transport. Extinguish all fires and take the last two pieces of contaminated debris from the inner court.
By now a message should appear: a plain clothed policeman tracked the terrorists down to a hotel, but got shot trying to arrest them. The terrorists now hold the hotel guests hostage. The hotel is located
northeast of the exploded store, the injured officer is lying in front of it. Use a RHC to rescue him and take him away to a safe resort. Call in reinforcements: a SW fully manned with shooters and an MTW with three police officers, one psychologist and two shooters. Place roadblocks on all roads that lead to the hotel (north, east near the crossing, west of the intersection and south near the intersection). Have police officers divert the traffic and park the MTW out of harms way. You�ll get a second message stating the CIA was informed that more terrorists are on their way to the hotel in a black van. Park the SW near the roadblock in the south. Arm all shooters and make sure they are standing behind the SW. When the black van arrives its tires will pop and six (!) terrorists will get out and start shooting the SW. Let the shooters return fire and take all terrorists down. Call an ITW to transport the wounded.
Now let�s focus on the hostages: let the psychologist talk to the terrorists in the hotel and call in an escape car and an FGRI with an engineer. Let the shooters stand north of the northern roadblock and park the getaway vehicle in front of the hotel. The terrorists will drive away in northern direction, their tires will pop too and they will get out. Arrest them (they won�t stop and shoot but run away). Send the engineer in the hotel to disarm the
bomb and let the shooters take the hostages out of the hotel. You completed the last mission, enjoy the movie and congratulations!
If you get a score of 95% or more you�ll be awarded the national gold medal for your excellent management of rescue forces.
