Mission Solution:
To make sure you understand what�s going on: due to a climate change rescue vehicles cannot travel the roads anymore, so you�ll only have resources that can walk and two helicopters at you disposal. You�ll have to be very careful not to lose the resources, because they are replaced with only one resource of the same type. Wolves are seen in the area and that�s why you�ll need to rescue all injured and uninjured persons and take them inside your base camp (the emergency tent).
All right, lets get started: arm the three shooters and place them near the people southwest of your base camp, have police officers and firefighters pick them up and take them to the emergency tent. The first wolves will appear: shoot them but make sure the shooters do not stand in front of each other (or else they�ll wound each other). Now let a fire fighter with rescue cutters open the car in the alley and use the RHC to transport the wounded to your base camp. Retreat the firefighter. Use the RHC to search for the two injured persons on the rooftops. One is near the intersection north of the base camp and the other is west of the people standing under
the giant ship. Rescue the people under the ship next.
Send the shooters to the intersection near the ship and send a firefighter and a firefighter with rescue cutters after them. Wait until the wolves from the north have passed. At the intersection there is a victim buried under debris, use the normal fire fighter to rescue him. Send the firefighter with the cutters to a car north of the crossing and cut it open. The firefighter can stand near the burning pile of debris, wolves won�t attack him there. Use the RHC to rescue the victim. Send the shooters to the base camp. East of the base camp there is a house where smoke is coming out of the chimney. Wait until the wolves have passed, now send in two police officers and rescue the persons inside. Near the house there is another person buried under debris, use a firefighter to rescue him. Let shooters keep watch and shoot the wolves that come by.
North of the base camp there is a street with a car buried under the snow and some people standing near a burning barrel. Send in the shooters for protection and let the firefighters and police officers rescue the persons near the barrel. Use a firefighter with rescue cutters to open the vehicle. And then let
him return to your base camp, use the RHC to rescue the victim. This was the last wounded victim.
Remember the burning pile of debris in the north? Send the shooters and all firefighters and police officers towards that burning pile. There is an alley to the east and at the end of the alley there is another house with smoke coming from the chimney. West of this house there is another house and west of that building is an alley, position the shooters near that alley facing north (wolves will appear here). Now let the other rescue services walk towards the house. A cut scene will follow: the house explodes and people are running towards the street. The wolves will now appear, shoot all five of them and take the victims back to the base camp (don�t go via the main street but return via the alley and head south!). You�ll probably need two trips to rescue everybody.
Once everybody is inside the base camp the mission is a success.
