to use this one when you download it just put the prototype file in and it will be there, its a stock impala from LA Mod.

State Police Update

Hey all, check out the new re-skins of the State Police Unmarked units...yes, you will get them once they're ready for release. Also I've changed the Lighting Code --- All Blue lights will be forward, and Red/Blue in the rear. It looks good!

Yes, place the .e4p files in Prototype dictionary. They are unmarked units, clearly, lol.

What would be cool to see a undercover 2010 Ford Mustang GT I see alot. Most are Grey or Silver in color and have no markings from the ones I have saw but have tons of LED Lights.

That's from up in Portland, I'm like 40 miles south and we have marked and unmakred mustangs for our Sheriffs office that have much better lighting. Anyways, really digging the quality CFD, just not the all blue forward. But not matter that's an easy fix keep up the good work.

The all forward lights will remain blue, and the red/blue combination will remain in rear and side. Because of this, the fact that a majority of EM4 users are Dutch, British, from Europe and UK mainly, and their local emergency services only uses Blue lights, so that is one of the reason why half of the car lights is blue, is to respect my fan base and try incorporate international lighting code to it...but not just that itself, the main reason is because again, a majority of US state Police agencies also uses the blue/blue combination 360, as people reports seeing them better, also it's tradition, as people feels that adding a Red light, which that color is also used by Fire Department and Emergency Medical services, so it brought some confinement and conflicts, but nowadays, it's a trade mark combination.

So it's an easy fix for anybody who wishes to change the color themselves in editor. But it's not worth the hassle, unless you have determination to change nearly 350 individual lights color.
