Its our sub-mission to keep the CA lighting realistic, and to the code. I plan once after i finish all the default apparatuses, i will do a re-update of all units and add fantasy lighting, or inspirations from all over the nation on youtube. Its quiet frustrating that many people expect me to keep the LA units to LA code, when i really want to bring out the extra craving and to bring Oohs and Ahhs around.
The unmarked unit is the same, however i just added extra lights to the push bar, nothing else was changed.

Thank you for providing the video link...I attempted to look for it several weeks ago but hopelessly gave up, so thank you for bringing it back.

The ohs and ahhs are indeed in order here.
On a side topic, I know you said you were going to do the lights in the New York Submod but after tinkering a bit with that submod, I found that it didn't seem like the lights had your touch or at least you scaled back quite a bit of work. No?

Anyway, maybe do some smaller fire units for the next release (unless you have anything planned already)
LACoFD Squad
LAFD BLS Ambulance (I think this could be cool, sort of a change of base with the rotators and bulb-flashes only, no LEDs)
Battalion Chief:
(Notice the rotators in the light bar, but LEDs in the bottom 'layer'. What's not pictured, is they have LEDs on the rear doors, and LED grille lights. Couldn't find any videos or rear pictures though. I'm not sure but the brake lights may also have strobes in them)
(This is NOT my photo. All photo credits go to Mikesphotos!) http://www.flickr.co..._us/2438251831/
EDIT: I find a picture of the rear of an EMS SUV. Obviously it's not a Battalion chief, but the lighting can't be too different.

Also, I don't know if you plan on doing anything from the Additional Units submod, but maybe you could light the Light Equipment Vehicle as well.

Battalion 1 has a newer Suburban so that was likley a hand me down and therefore was originally a Battalion Chief unit so it's spot on.EDIT: I find a picture of the rear of an EMS SUV. Obviously it's not a Battalion chief, but the lighting can't be too different.

In all the pictures and videos I've seen, none of the Battalion Chief or Division Chief trucks actually do have grill lights.
And what? That means he can't them in? These lights don't have to be precise to LA. I'd personally like it if there were a few extras added it. I've only been posting the real world videos just to give him an idea or something to base the lights off of.

Hey all, i apologize for the lack of release, and you may notice that i have kept certain release in small quantity, so i hope you guys don't mind the individuals or couple new releases, as I'm getting more busier in real life, lol.
Now, this is another Unmarked edit, and yes, some of you may notice that i enjoy working on unmarked units than marked units...I'm obsessed with the slick top/unmarked concept because it's very universal, i can do tons of different light styles and packages on one vehicle, so i hope you don't mind that...
Now, this one is different, and new...It was inspired by Modern packages that I've noticed on newer police packages throughout the world, and this one is primarily inspired by the new Ford Interceptor, mainly the hide-a-way lights. The design of my vehicle is a Traffic low profile unit, so that means it won't have mirror beams, and push bar lights. This unit will have LAWs in the rear and front, as well side lighting. It's very standard yet effective.
I'm not really focused on the EMS/FD apparatus as I've done them so many times, and I'm helping out with Dyson and his NY sub mod, sorta.
I hope you guys enjoy it, and if you'd like me to make your local unmarked/slicktop police package, I'd be glad to do it, so feel free to give me ideas, whether if the lights will be blue/blue or red/red or any kind of state law packages...I will start working on the unmarked Impala, Tahoe and Charger, so again, feel free to add ideas. If you add concept ideas of a Marked unit, i will most likely ignore it.
p.s Some of you argued that i should stay towards CA code, and some of you stated that i should go universal, well my answer is that I'm going universal, not everybody appreciates the California Lighting code, like myself, so i will start add various of different codes, get used to it. Everything is explained on the first page, first post, read them to understand the mission.
Thanks!

Also, just a friendly suggestion -- If you have a low end computer that is affecting my sub mod, such as delayed or lagged lights, just open up the editor, load LA Mod, and view the prototypes, it'll run a lot smoother and the quality is much better. I haven't touched EM4/LA mod single player for almost a year now, lol. The Editor is way better, but of course, you can't play in editor...oh well.

Are you going to eventually rework the lights on all of the LA Mod units because of the focus on the New York Mod?

LEDesigns State Police package coming soon...
Hey all,
This package is still in early stages, so please bear with me on this one... I decided to re-edit all unmarked units to meet "Our" Lighting Code, specifically for Highway Patrol, so it will include packages that will light up the vehicles, but professionally. Right now i do not have the time to explain everything, but i will do so tomorrow or tonight when i can, but here is a video to see a preview of the Impala...
Be sure to watch it in HD or just click on the video for a bigger resolution.
Please leave ideas for me, i really want to include some of your ideas!
