Yes that happens to me too... I don't know how to fix it. Maybe "second function button" and "PRT SCR" will work.
Second function button...

Is that free? By the way, did you do the lights for the EMS CV?
FRAPS itself isn't free, but there is a demo of it that has a few minor limitations. It will do quite well in demo mode for what you need, although most of us would ask that you open the resulting .bmp file in MSpaint and save it as a .jpg or ... well, really, just about any other format will seriously cut the file size.
As for the EMS CV : Yep. All the lights in 1.9.4 are by CFD still.
... and yes. I may not say much, but I am still paying attention to what is going on in here, ladies and gents.
Edited to Add : Hmm. ALmost forgot. A link might be helpful.

Due to the Release of LAPD LED Units, I have been updating them with better lighting realism. I will be releasing them tonight or tomorrow ( If I get approved permission), and it will include the LAFD Ambulance w/ LED, and the Two LAPD LED Units. I am back, for now....

This is a BETA, the lights are not complete and accurate yet. I still have to add some minor lights ( Rooftop Corner Hide-a-way lights, and some minor adjusts to the rear lights....)
You must have JoseOu's LAFD Ambulance Submod in order for it to work! I am not responsible for your error or loss.
Enjoy!

Final edits of JoseOu's LAPD and EMS units; will update his further added units ( if he added more in the future)
Includes: LAFD Ambulances ( Both versions), LAFD EMS Supervisor Charger and Both LAPD LED Units ( Very similar lights). Since all LED units except Charger had LED Whelen Edge, I used R/L Edge patterns.
The LED LAFD Ambulance is based off LAFD Ambulance 88 ( Except the Lightbar patterns)
You must have JoseOu's Submod in order to work! No Exceptions!
Video of them in action:
Please enjoy!

Ambulance 88 ( Thanks to Mike for helping out the Blinky Lights Brigade):
Whelen Edge Lightbar; For Ambulance;
( Note, this Lightbar pattern is used by whoever owns that lightbar, its a VERY VERY Common pattern! FDNY is Example, my Hometown EMS uses em too)
