It's probably due to the game and the yellow cones can not be changed. I'm not to sure about that though, I am also having an issue with having missing vehicles but I can live with it because the lights are awsome.
so you don't lose your civil vehicles, just replace the emergency ones if you know how to do the manual install

WTF are you talking about?xplorer i work on all unit in shane submod it's very long but in 1 day i think it's finish =)
Good to hear because last time he claimed them to be realistic that was hardly true. My presence was never to take away from CFD great work, only stating concern given how that turn out last time. The realism's on the spot, for the most part. 90% realistic, just like he said.
If you havent already deleted the bad installers you may want to do so to avoid problems.HOLD ON, Just made a MISTAKE, A FIXED INSTALLER WILL BE UPLOADED IN A COUPLE OF MINUTES.
EDIT:
NOW DOWNLOAD THE CORRECTED INSTALLERS; The Presentation Post is also fixed with a corrected installer too.
Um no. This is not a Vista issue, this is an issue with using a 64 bit version of windows. All 32 bit apps will be installed in the x86 folder while all 64 bit apps will be installed in Program Files.Vista users will have trouble then given that 911 FR is in Program Files (x86).
None the less its a potential problem. CFD, if you like I might be interested in scripting this into an installer like Hoppahs as thats really the easiest way to ensure an easy install for people. Plus you forgot EM4 Gold which I believe installs in a different location.
Oh and the only bug i see at a glance is the tow truck radiation looks green, not tellow. Amazing work as always. Keep it up!

They are actually supposed to be yellow, not green or 'tellow', what ever colour that is.
This was my first lightened vehicle and C.F.D and I both agree that it is bright, so when I have the chance the radiation will be dimmed.

1. Yes, it's very accurate. especially if you can get your camera down to a street view. Got the rockers and strobes, and the 1 thing I noticed was the pattern on the traffic director. That's very well done, great job! 1 improvement though. On the undercover, there are yellow and blue floating lights on the left and right sides on the center line of the back window for the under-covers I've seen. And, to admit, I've never seen lights in the side windows, but, I don't see under-cover's with lights on that often.WTF are you talking about?

Quick idea of what i mean

o-floating lights
=== is the traffic directors
- is probably window or whatever may already be there
definitely not to scale
But, I still have missing prototypes. I don't know for which vehicle though, because I can't see it.

For the Side Window LED; its for Intersection Safety Purpose. My PD Agency uses them, as you may not have seen them in real life, believe it or not but State, Local, County and Federal units are now using them for some of their apparatus.
For Example, Traffic Units, Traffic Enforcement, Unmarked Units, Slicktops, w'e, as they are not using a Light bar which provides 360 Light Warning coverage, but instead they're using Intersection light Strobes to alert the incoming and oncoming cars at a intersection that this unit is approaching but its not really effective so engineers have designed Hide-a-way lights or Side window LEDs to provide more warning presence; Same thing with Rear Mirror LEDs, Grill LEDs, Dashboard and Backboard Units as well License Plate units, all designed to alert but to be "stealth" when not activated.
The purpose of this is to prevent accidents by getting t-boned at an intersection and to show presence of your location at night and day.
Its not for the looks but for the safety of fellow officers and first responders as well the public.

and for those missing prototypes; If you can, try find out which units.
