I'm thinking about adding a PASS script, so if a firefighter goes down in a house fire, the PASS tones will go off and you will have to find that firefighter, and extract for the hospital. The smoke will be dense to make it harder for ya'll to find him.

Also, who wants to hear some of the sirens that you guys will be able to play with in-game?

Merritt, I think that could be feasible, if, say, the funeral comes across as an incident, and it happens a few days later... I've never seen an incident with an LODD where the funeral is the same day, or even within 4 days... But, I fully agree that the funeral would be a good thing to consider adding...

Sorry, FortErie, no Code 3 V-Con for this one...BUT, we are adding Code 3 Mastercom siren, Federal Signal Smart Siren, EQ2B/Q2B, PA300, Carson Siren, Tomar Supervisor Siren and Whelen Cencom siren. You will be able to play any of the 4 siren tones available on each siren box.

To build on the funeral idea for the LODD do like the one mission where you escort the general from the la mod where you have to shut down the streets along the route, except its from a church on map to a cemetery. Also there aren't people trying to ambush you so it's more just traffic control

I do love the idea of multiple tones to pick from.

A very good selection of sirens. And a really good concept if vehicles are able to have more than one siren :)

How would it work ingame though? Can you pick from any of the sirens whilst ingame? Will the siren you chose work for each individual vehicle (rather than eg. all vehicles of that prototype)?

There will be a easy installer for the the mod right? , and its on .exe file? ..just cheeking hate overwriting files for a mod

Nice job cool even the vehicles very very cool I HAD TO SAY IT TWICE !!!!!! lol best mods manhattan and RCMP!

Sirens are sounding great and authentic (hear them go by my place everyday). Are all the police sirens only used by RCMP or are some exclusive to other detachments?

I think line of duty deaths would add realism, but I don't see the point of the funeral. Seems like it would be a lot of work that could go towards other parts of the game.

Any non RCMP cars will either have the Code 3 Mastercom or Whelen Cencom, whilst a portion of the RCMP cars will have the Whelen Cencom, and the other half stocked with Smart Siren.

They're all grouped to certain vehicles, basically.

i think the funeral would be a lot of work but it would be fun as long as it was the only running call so if you could make it so there is only 1 call at once it would be better because i personally like focusing on just one call and doing it right rather than having three calls at once

I agree with admntrs,LODD(unfortunate) cool,realism factor but the funeral too much.Like somebody else said you never have one right after the death .We'll think about it so for now end of funeral discussion, it doesn't need to go on for 2 pages lol

Something I may add about your PASS Idea CFD, have you considered putting air restrictions on fire fighters with SCBA?. A average tank can last 30m-60m in real life, depending on how hard you breath. Mabe there is some way you can put air restrictions on the SCBA equipped firefighters, aswell, can you script it so more than one fire fighter can take up a hose and move into the house to battle the blaze, kind of like a breach and enter with swat teams. That will add a ton of realisim.

Which brings me to my final question,

Is there anyway to script a swat team or a group of selected police officers to break down a door, enter the room arrest a person as a squad in a single movement?


P.S: I absolutely love the sirens, espically for the BCAS supervisor with the pac-man Waka Waka call :P

OMG both of you guys are awesome!!!! Wow, the Tomar siren did have me thinking I won the jackspot though but four different sirens?! I thought of doing that but had absolutely no idea how to so kudos to you two! Oh awesome lights CFD. I thought it was the real engine at the end. lol
