1 F203 with 1 doctor and 1 paramedic
1 F301 with 1 policeman
Mission Solution:
Send the F301 to the speed switch and turn it onw ith the policeman, now take the F203 and fly over the mountains,w e can't give you an exact position of the victim since he always apears on another place.
Once you found the victim let him down on the left side of thefast lane and land next to him.
Once hes ready for transport send him back to base and turn the speed switch. Send the F301 back to base.
