Right folks need mission ideas. we need a mission maker but here is a few ideas.
Fire

Fire alarm in hotels - people stand outside
Road Accident - cars head on, into trees, upside down" thats when casaulty is out you can use airbags, lortys on there side - clean road etc.
Heavy rain cause some roads to get flooded - rivers overflow etc
Chimney fires - maybe
Chimneys falling down
Car fires
Bin fires
explosions

police

Riots ater football games
stolen cars
burglarys
murders - forensics investigate and roads get closed and tents get put up
Attempted shootings
speeding tickets

Ambulance

stabbing
falls
shootings
industrial accidents
large food poisining - ambulance special operations helps
Crashes
explosions
people run down
etc give me your ideas folks

I like the flood idea. For that maybe you have to close the road then start pumping the water away or something like that. Car accidents: Maybe a big crash on a motorway or something like that. Then you would have to close the road and you could have a time limit to open at least one lane of the road.

Yeh thats where the council come handy. Ill make them have sandbags and road closure signs and the police boat comes in to help evacuate and firefighters use ladders to ge the people. And crashes i thot of a lorry trailer detaching and hitting a car and the road gts shut for 6 hours if there is a fetality and stuff. But the firefighters have 1 hour aka golden hour and the air ambulance comes of its serious. But the road gets closed for 6 hours and you mark the road out put sand down remove bodies and clear road and put a police incident here sign for 2 days for witnesses etc.
