If you copy-pasted, possibly. The current download contains ALL the files necessary to play. Simply download and paste it into the Mods folder. That will install it completely.

If you play the Deluxeversion of Emergency 4, you need the detectives for a Victim of a Murder to check the Victim.not too shabby. Havent found a use for detectives yet, but I like sending them to traffic accidents! *Cough* Cole Phelps *cough*

I use detectives as PD supervisors, since they can call SWAT, additional PD units, and the other stuff like that.

No. It is still 1.9.3. However, the download contains ALL the files necessary for play, not just the submod files. All you need to do is download and install.

I tried to download it today and yesterday. And the mod installer says. "the modification package is broken"

But I have a question. The option to disable automatic unloading is unavailable in the station options. How can I fix this because it is really annoying.
