It's supposed to be like that. AMR is used for transport like the BLS Ambulance.The Amr Ambulances spawn with only 1 stretcher crew. No paramedics.

If the ambulance doesnt have a stretcher crew, select both medics at once,(Hold CTRL and click the 2 medics) then choose the Get Command(looks like a hand) and you should see a stretcher icon. Click on the ambo and they will get the stretcher.I installed this mod yesterday. And it works great on v2.0. But is the ambulances meant to only carry paramedics? Also the ambulances at the hospital doesn't respawn strecthers so you can only use them once.
The AMR ambulances will respawn a stretcher crew at the hospital when you trigger the alarm at FS1 or FS2. I think its FS1 but i dont recall.The mod was made to have 2 paramedics on the ambulance with the intention of more realism. This way you can assess the pt then have both medics get the strecher. As far as the other ambulances not respawning strechers i have no clue. Are they the AMR ambulances or the fd ones?

Problem is you wont have the SWR truck available, and some other things as well. You have to manually merge the xml files or use the AUS+SG submod when it becaomes stable.I think you would have to rename the package to LA mod v2.0 rather than v1.9 then it should merge the files.

on the other hand there seem to be some odd things going on here and there ...... even after reading trough most postings about this mod I could not find someone else having this problem
- the game crashes here and there for some odd reason - usually when a firefighter disconnects a hose from the fire engine
- the game locks up when i.e. selecting from the call / purchase menu a tow truck ( can be some other vehicle as well ) to call it onto the map ....... the menu freezes and shortly afterwards it drops back to the windows main screen
- the third and most wired thing is this , when you have a fire near the mosque and call in vehicles to this location it appears to be a brick wall in the middle of the road ( just after the intersection .... right in front of the hotel ) where vehicles turn around and drive away into the opposite direction ....... i did try this now without an emergency - just click and point a vehicle to a point beyond the hotel and the same happens again ...... unless I guide the vehicle on the opposite lane against the driving direction bit by bit trough this area they will turn around - same happens when they come from the direction of the mosque
very wired ..... as if something is standing on the road but the vehicle will not look for a way around the obstruction rather than turn around and run like hell into the other direction ( might be something spooky what only the simulated people can see and try to outrun it )

Fix: Delete and install mod again (reinstall)

what makes you believe that this will be the cure to my problem ? the reason for asking is this , that you cannot just uninstall this mod rather then to delete everything and start from scratch over
