Those models look truly amazing!
One question, how do you plan to get them from SketchUp to Zmodeler2? Also I dont think that zmod can process the glass on the windows, with an interior...

yeah you are correct glass will not show as well as some skins. and to export from sketchup to zmodler you need someone with sketchup pro to get it into 3d's max
