OCD picture:

-From the Buckinghamshire Fire & Rescue Service.
-Based at Aylesbury
-Call Sign: FJC 21S61
-Used as a special equipment vehicle/ operations support unit,
okay, I read the rules, sorry. And my dad used to sell HME and that was tken before the decals were finished, again sorry for breaking the rules
For good measure,Sawdbuster's pic:

Engine No.1
Townsend Fire Dept. ( part of Townsend Fire-EMS)
Townsend,MA
2006 HME, Cummins ISL 400 Engine, and Allison 3000EVS Transmission
According to the manufacturer: 1500 gpm Hale Q-max, 1000 gallon tank
According to the department: 1500 gpm , and only a 750 gallon tank

---As a side note, you can't alter pictures, like removing "Townsend" from the door.

Sorry, my computer messed up the reply.

Letters look Cyrillic. Hard to determine country though.

EDIT: Looks like the first word is "Bojna". I'm going to go out on a limb and say Croatia? Special Operations Battalion / Bojna za specijalna djelovanja. I think they handle counter terror, though they're not a part of the police.

Serbia, Montenegro, Albania and Armenia use double headed eagles in their flags or coat of arms, on of those perhaps? Am I even close? :P
