Ok. Where is this from? If you can find it, what is is used as, and who by?
I can confirm that is a Hampshire Police Dog Section Ford Focus Estate. Seen at the South West Dog Trials 2010, held at the Emergency Services Show, Hulavington Airfield, Wiltshire.

We just kinda gave up and accepted OCD's anwser as right since randomperson wasn't logging on and telling us if we were right or wrong.I can confirm that is a Hampshire Police Dog Section Ford Focus Estate. LX56 DME This Vauxhall van is used by the prison service as a dog unit. It carries no markings except for a grey stripe up each side. It is fitted with full blue lights on the roof and a ventilation unit for the canine occupants in the rear. (From UKEV) This pic has been used before.
Will post a pic shortly.
