What made you say K9? You are right with that bit, it is a dog unit.

K9, well, in Denmark we have Ford Mondeo's like that too with dogs, just marked. As I have looked further into Britains police force I found a few things that seems similiar to a dog unit. However, about the location, United Kingdom is the right answer :P You didn't ask for it specific, just where, I could have said europe and it would be right xD
