With a bit of difficulty. Had to use photoshop to zoom in on the license plate and guessed Latvia, then had to figure out if all police vehicles in latvia were grey/white. Only got lucky because of a grainy video from Riga
Nice one of naming the file "Africapolicecar" fooled a few
