An RT is a rescue tender basically a normal appliance but it is used for rescues ie RTC's and suchlike. It's got the usual RTC and salvage gear but stepped up so it is stronger

Yeah there will be a Rescue Unit in the mod but unlike other services, Kent just use a normal Scania Appliance, no extended lockers etc.

Does Kent have Technical Rescue vehicles? In my county and I know London area has them, they use MAN movers and Sprinters as well as transits?

No. There is USAR and then something called Technical rescue, they deal with stuff like collapsed structures and collapsed scaffolding.

Yes, I think Technical Rescue is the general term for any advanced rescue attempt. In the article it says about Rope Rescue, Swift Water and building collapse etc. Technical rescue is not an actual division since Rope Rescue (Line Rescue) is performed by normal fire crews (Kent have some basic rope rescue equipment in Phase 3 Pumps and a dedicated Line Rescue unit: https://www.flickr.c...rlmm/7913705568), same as Swift Water rescue (https://www.flickr.com/photos/austin7nut/4977191336) and then Building Collapse would be dealt with by USAR and HART :)

Line rescue is where they use ropes and other lines or roped objects to rescue you. For example if your stuck in a crevice or down a hole they would use ropes to rescue you :)

Technical rescue and USAR use paratech which is a American system used to support collapsed structures GMFRS keep there paratech where the suction hoses would be on a normal unit.

Yes, although UK Police don't use shotguns apart from taser versions I don't think.
