The ladder truck looks goofy to me.
Other then the front and slightly longer truck it a typical German TLK. It longer cause it in city of
Leipzig. The streets are a lot narrow in Germany US ladder trucks would never be able to get anywhere in city over there.
They can still reach high. Not sure how high that one reaches but 7 years ago the town where my parent company is based got a new TLK and I got some pictures include fully extended.

Also unlike US respond where we sent out trucks as three ready. Germany use a system call trains. So for a structure fire they have group of truck that respond as one. SO the DLK would not respond on it one.
Most of the times I heard a siren in Germany. It general not just one unless it was ambulance or police.
