Any reason for that OSHP Crown Vic having just blue in the lightbar but red in the grill? Seems a bit strange...

They use a combination of blue and white lightbars, which is significantly brighter than the traditional red, however will still display red lights in the grille forward facing, as this will identify it as an emergency vehicle under state law.
