I took this video a couple months ago. It shows the flash pattern.

Also, I've seen that minivan EVERYWHERE, I saw it at Lougheed Mall, with lights on. It's the minivan at 0:29. Anyways will you have that minivan included?

I've also noticed sometimes the constables (specifically New West PD) will just use that first pattern in that video. When on scene of something of course, maybe for that vehicle the option for directional lights will include flash pattern one from that video.

Just trying to make it more interesting. Maybe there's a way to choose a light pattern or something.

In case you didn't notice, my video displays the Surrey RCMP aswell.

Cops gave us his light script a while back (thanks buddy),so there will be patterns available to choose but the main pattern is the one from my video.

Yup, the pattern in the take down video is pattern 11 of the legend video I posted recently, and already did it.

I just wanted to point out that sometimes, they use a different lighting pattern. Just a few days ago I saw a Burnaby RCMP traffic stop at the skytrain station and the pattern was similar to a wig wag. But the most common is the one that flashes inward.

I know. I do work with the RCMP and I have a couple of friends in the R.C.M.P.

The inward flashes are amazing. It's what I have on my truck except in red and white as red and blue is illegal.

LOL I honestly couldn't care less about the flash pattern, I couldn't care if this lights worked at all! The fact that you guys are creating a mod in the lower mainland of BC (my home) is AMAZING! I just wanted to make some suggestions. Personally, I love the FS Legend Flash Pattern '11' of that video. I see most Burnaby RCMP CVPI's with that pattern anyways.

Keep up the good work, looks amazing so far :)

I agree with you there; but in all honesty, it's a nice feature to have the lights the exact same to the real thing.

Will there be an option to select which siren you want for what car? Or will it be like the LA mod where there are sound files for police/fire/ambulance?

Like say you have a Surrey RCMP cruiser, will there be an option to have a Whelen CenCom siren, and say you get bored of that and want to use a Federal Signal Smart Siren 2000, will you be able to switch instantaneously, or will you have to exit the game and put in a new sound file?

So guys after months of trying to get the dispatching voices of actual events to work I have come to a in pass. There are two reasons for this. One Surrey RCMP went to P25 encripted a few years back which means that you can no longer hear them on a scanner inless you have a surrey police radio (good luck getting one of those.) So trying to get old radio traffic unfortantly doesn't work.

And Two it hasn't been working out as well. I am not quiet sure what the problem is. So maybe one day it might work.

Sorry guys.

Try Radioreference.com and select one of the BC RCMP channels. If you find one, maybe record some of the codes and sayings that you can piece together into specific dialogues.

Did you guys ever think about making a Tomar 930L lightbar?

The Coquitlam RCMP and Vancouver Police use it:

Also: Another lighting pattern used by the Burnaby RCMP

You can find a link to the Kelowna RCMP scanner, which seems to be the most active out of the few that are available.

Just a cool video I found, it's the Kelowna RCMP.

Will there be audio for the police officers? As in different audio than the LA mod? For example will there be audio when you have someone at gunpoint? And maybe when you click to follow someone will there be RCMP audio? I think that when you follow someone maybe you guys should use this audio: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DAqcJSiZLw4

Listen at the end Air One says Code 4 for takedown, radio silence=Code 4 so constables can relay information to dispatch.

I included a cruiser for Coquitlam but it's a slicktop, the Tomar appears to be on their older cars and most of the newer cars regardless of detachment, all have legends. The VPD also switched to legends, the Tomars are found on cars when they had the older paint scheme...so we will not have a Tomar bar.
We do however have a cruiser with a edge lightbar as there still is a few kicking around in the lowermainland especially Surrey.
All the radio chatter will be non LA.

Ok,let's stop with the light patterns suggestions.CFD will handle it and he will do the real life patterns of eachstyle and jurisdiction.

Your welcome Goog ;)

But some suggestions for realism...

A script that allows you to treat a victim with several paramedics/police officers etc...?
(once I get a new pc/repaird my old one I can try to make that script...)

A script where you need to do more with the victim, because now you only have to click on a victim and the paramedic rais his/her health...

A script where the EMT slowly rais the health of a victim, and a paramedic a little faster, and a doctor the fast

But you now my email/pm :P
