Ambulance fix for patch 11 now online. Remember this now adds a medic/stretcher crew or emt/sctrecher crew to all ambulances rather then 2 medics or 2 EMTs.

where should I drop this?

Go to the mod-scripts-game-command and just drag them over and replace the files :) make a backup if u want
Also my game just froze when I put a k9 back in the squad car

I FOUND SOME BUGS

 

  • Rescue 7 (Ambulance) -- Missing Paramedic with Stretcher
  • Swift Water Rescue -- Damn firefighter keep walking to it and the truck is full of firefighter.
  • BLS Ambulance -- Replace the firefighter with a paramedic

Rescue 7 is not an ambulance.  It's a medium-duty rescue as far as Xplorer is concerned.

The ambulance in station 2 instead of it having a FF-EMT it's suppose to be staffed with a medic

No its a bls ambulance. If it looks like an ALS that's because LAFD has switched over to this paint scheme for the BLS buses as well.

Xplorer stats two regular fire fighters in a BLS ambulance and two paramedic fire fighters in an ALS ambulance.

 

What I believe you are refering to is the Hoppahs staffing where the ALS ambulance had a paramedic fire fighter and a paramedic stretcher crew where the BLS had a paramedic fire fighter and a fire fighter stretcher crew.

 

On a side note... I know of very little ambulance crews where they run with three in a unit.  Explorer did put a patch on here where you can have what Hoppah had originally you would just have to put the script back in.

If that's what we are disusing(the staffing), then yes, 2 Medics/2EMTs per ambulance. While this not only adds realism, my real goal here was efficiency. This way you have 2 personnel for treating injured vs one. Now in some cases, say a food poisoning call or stroke, it doesn't really matter because only one EMT/Medic can treat a patient(for now maybe ;)). but for MVAs, for example, I find it nice that I can send one ambulance and have 2 Medics/EMTs at my disposal. It helps keep the scene from getting clogged up with units depending on the number of injured and so forth.Technically, the stretcher crews can heal/stabilize but I believe the only do so temporarily and then stand there with there head up their wazoo!

Is there an updated download link for the submod? When I try to use the one above & skip the ad it just goes no where, ity redirects to a page that has no link to download if you click anything it pops up another website & if you click on the file name it self it respawns the same page, slight confused ?

If downloads don't work right, try disabling javascript and ad blockers and read buttons/links carefully. Some free hosting sites are tricky.

Good advice, although ad blocking shouldnt be an issue on uploaded.net. It actually helps as it hides the fake download button at the top of the site. Disabling javascript should help with the annoying pop up though. :)

CEMP - No siren

Tower Lightforce - Engine 05 bug

SWR = Over staffing

 

That's all the bugs I have for noted at this time. If you have any more bugs or bugs I missed get them in ASAP. Next patch should be up sooner rather then later. Things didn't work out as planned the past 2 days sadly so just now getting around to the patch!

 

 

Update:

Well the SWR staffing is fixed, the CEMP siren is fixed. Last bug to tackle would be the Tower Lightforce. I may get a patch up tonight I may not. Should be up for sure in the next 24 hours.

Patch 12 uploaded:

CEMP siren fixed.

SWR staffing fixed.

Tower lightforce command now sends tower from fs2 and als engine from fs1 if als engine from fs2 is dispatched. Otherwise it spawns another ALS engine and tower lader.

 

Ambulance patch updated for the towrer lightforce changes.
