They are the police group for the motorways and look pretty much the same as a normal police car. The only difference is very small and that is the CMPG logo in the rear window :P
The CMPG cars are probably faster and more powerful then normal patrol cars because they are used on the motorways.

And I think WM Police use Volvo V70s as traffic cars, and I found a blue peugeot 407 with battenburg markings.

Sorry, but I don't know if that's true, due to a lack of photos or other proof and because I've never seen it in real life either. I think you are confusing it with Yorkshire police. Different fleet. Yorkshire cops have plenty of Volvo V70 traffic cars.

I know some places in the WM have these:
Incident command vans, them seem to respond to every fire!

I love them, so I they operate in Birmingham please put them in.

Also this is a nice ambulance command centre:

I think the translation is pretty obvious - "range rover: work in progress, seeking a scripter" if I guess correctly

As Mikey taught me today, you should use common sense when reporting. And I noticed that every time your report a post (which is often), you have a post related to it below. If you post something related to the faulty post, that means you have faulty post too. Use your judgment a bit.
