For the people issue: In freeplay there is a way to reduce the amount of people on the map, I would think the same could be done for the MP map. I can't remember how to do it though.
EDIT:
In the freeplay files you can change this:
<persontraffic factor="1.0"/>
But not sure how to do the same for the MP files.

You must remember if you change any files your friend must do the exact same changes.
In MP, all the players files must be 100% the same.

After some looking, Ive noticed 99% of blocks are due to dogs. BUT there are civilians that u also cannot move, but question?! one asks what human modifier is used, because they are not regular civilians they are ones that are in missions and are asked questions. I think that is the reason why. None of these Issues are until MP is played, I think hoppah wanted a more realistic feeling and having alot of animals roaming around. But the dogs seem to cause more problems than make the game better. I cant fix blocks either, as i stated earlier the blocks are caused by civilians that can be questioned, not moved.
Edit: Comparing SP to MP i noticed dogs do not spawn in SP, maybe this can also come in MP because they cause a lot of problems.

First of all thank you so much for your incredible work on the LA mod Hoppah!

I am enjoying 2.0, the major issues have been:

1. On the deluxe map, freeplay SP, the streets get overcrowded pretty early on in the game for me. I am not sure if this is because of the new custom cars. It causes traffic snarls all over the map, and have to restart to clear it, as I spend most of my time directing traffic and not responding to incidents.

2.The first time I tried 2.0 I was able to get my officers to use the chase/suspect command, but after that every time I have tried it has been unavailable. I haven't changed anything and not sure if that was the referral in the above posts to greyed-out commands, I noticed the posted fix was for the missions, not the unit commands.

That's it so far, excellent work Hoppah, the LA mod has kept me playing 911 First Responders!

Traffic on all the maps is a well known issue.

Which chase command are you talking about?
If you are talking about the one I know, is all done through the car not the officers. You just have a police car with two officers and using the car click on a suspect and it will chase them. :) I have never seen the chase command greyed out.
Maybe I'm misunderstanding you...

Which chase command are you talking about?
If you are talking about the one I know, is all done through the car not the officers. You just have a police car with two officers and using the car click on a suspect and it will chase them. :) I have never seen the chase command greyed out.
Maybe I'm misunderstanding you...

Have you installed any submods?

No submods installed, and it's a Direct2Drive version.

Yes, unfortunately it occurs in all cars, the commands are greyed out, yet I know they worked before.

Thanks, that's an important bug. I should be able to fix that by disabling the body bag script when the victim is inside a house.

What about disabling it just for that mission instead?

Anyways glad my idea for a fix worked for the missions! Im a genius! :P

What about disabling it just for that mission instead?

Then you would have the same problem on the other missions/freeplay.
In freeplay if someone died upstairs there is no way of removing them.

Nothing new, I deleted the old 1.8 LA mod, and put in 2.0, my computer was down for a bit.

The chase suspect was greyed out I will have to check later to see what other ones are greyed out.

P.S. If anyone knows where I can get a list of hot keys for LA Mod, or 911 First Responders, no manual came with my digital download. Any help would be much appreciated.

If I take out a fire engine and hit the rapid deployment button all fire-fighters takes a hose and connect it to the fire-engine. But then it looks like this:

One gut does not have a hose!!!

And when and push the rapid deployment button again all the fire-fighters jumps in to the car but the car cant move cause the fire-fighter whit out hose is still connected to the fire-engine.

and when a takes out the guys again and marks the guy whit out hose and push the "hose minus" button the game crash.

I have try d to uninstall the la mod 2,0 and install it again but the same happens again. Should I remove all of it and try to install it all from the beginning or what to do?

The command will be greyed out when the car has no passengers and/or is not a STW, MTW or SW vehicle type. The Siren command is also required. Changes to the mod can result in problems like that.

In freeplay there arent any bodies on a second floor that Im aware of, so in that case exclude just the missions where you have to rescue people from the second story.

Hoppah, just wondering, what prototype is used for the raft on top of the SWR truck? I cant seem to fix this. I changed the prototype in superstructuers to the SWR Raft but that didnt work and i hate having the old motorboat on top.

Check the following prototypes in the editor:

...\Mods\Los Angeles Mod v2.0\Prototypes\Vehicles\02 LA Fire Department\swr_boat.e4p
...\Mods\Los Angeles Mod v2.0\Prototypes\Vehicles\02 LA Fire Department\swr_boat_super.e4p
...\Mods\Los Angeles Mod v2.0\Prototypes\Vehicles\Fire Department\fmb_anim.e4p

I think (not 100% sure) swr_boat_super.e4p is used for the boat on top, fmb_anim.e4p for the animation when it deploys, and swr_boat.e4p for the playable boat.

Odd all those use the swr_boat.v3o and I still get the old boat on top.

EDIT:Decided to replace the prototypes rather then change the model file. Seem to have worked. I think there was something missing that was tucked away that I didnt see.

I think it's this path (white + red lines) that is causing a lot of problems. Vehicles often get stuck at that intersection and that is the only path which is looped. That means vehicles on that path will never exit the map. Another problem is that vehicles can be redirected only once, so that doesn't really work for vehicles which never leave the map. I decided to remove the whole path and the vehicles which were assigned to the path. :)

That is also the only change I made to the new map so far.

This is the list with changes for the upcoming patch:

- Fixed disappearing missions (LA Mod missions are now listed 21 to 30)
- Removed fire hose from the LAFD Tiller (Tiller does not carry hoses in reality either)
- Detach trailer command is no longer a priority command of the LAFD Tiller (Empty Car command should always have a higher priority)
- Removed the possibility to cover dead bodes in buildings without ground entrance (=open houses which are only accessible using a ladder)
- Removed the use of directional lights command in "VIP escort" mission (could redirect the convoy too)
- Added text 'Heavy Rescue' on the arm of the LAFD Heavy Rescue (Source)
- Fixed missing prototype error in LA Mod mission 4 "Crash at race track"
- Fixed freezing taxi in LA Mod mission 6 "Forest fire"
- Fixed pathing issue on the new freeplay map (see text above)
