Just saying that this is the Engine of the Voluntary Company of Virkkala, a company in Lohja city. It is the same kind of truck as the L11, only difference being that its callsing is LS21. So it should be pretty easy to make without much effort.
And I don't know about making the unit L12, as it is only the reserve vehicle for the companies in that area.

Thats correct, and those are ready. And yes, theres no big difference between volunteer fire departments and the main station, mostly tools and you get divers only to L11.

Those vector lights on top of the fire engine are supposed to do a sliding effect, starting from right to left. and back. Then starting all over again, not blinking simultaneously.
