We use international STOP sign

And Ive never seen road markers АВТОБУС and ТАКСИ
At the bus stop somtimes used yellow angel markers stripes no parking (included at Em4 decals)

a little bit strange the "stop" signs... i see the 2 forms when i walked around in Moscow... but i like > Стоп

"СТОП" sign at your last photo is an additional sign. It is placed on traffic signals only. If you could make it - that would be awesome =)
So white cyrillic СТОП -sign can be rectangular only.
