1) Can this map be used with LA Mod?
2) Is it possible to enabled deluxe events in 911 first responders or is it already done?

1) I am sorry but no. I tried to make it compatible, I added the stations to the map ect. ect. but I must be missing something because it dosen't work.
2)No deluxe events are special to the deluxe game i believe (please correct me I this is not true)
I would still highly recommend this map, I love it! The hyway around the map adds a cool effect imo. just wish it had the LA mod features :/
