I can only think of one explanation:
They accidentally choose the wrong one. And they will revel themselves and beg for forgiveness. :P

At Least they didn't choose terrible! :P

It's amazing!

People who are from the area of the mod will like it more because they are familiar with the units.
So it has to look really good for other people to like it. For me any UK mod is nice.

My guess would someone who isn't familiar with UK units and doesn't like them much.
If anyone who voted poor or terrible please explain why. :)
