Yes, we also have a shortage of EMS. We have one active EMT (Me), one active paramedic, and 1 active doctor.

Unless you count fire fighter/emts, those are the only full time medical staff.

We could use some more FF's to fully staff Station1

Yes, that would be good. We basically need to staff all primary units. That would create a great team.

Yeah, and active members are preferred too. lol. Not trying to call out any current or previous members on this, but it's kind of annoying when you're around for one call then either lose interest, or for whatever reason just don't come back without telling anybody.

ERT Needs police officers and EMS personnel mostly, fire is pretty full as it stands. I think there are maybe 3 open spots in the station, compared to the 19+ open spots in EMS and the around 18 empty Police division spots

Yup, we need EMTs and Paramedics. Mostly Paramedics I'd say. You'll receive training of course, and you'll probably be paired with an experienced partner (I assume, NFK?). I've got a few good links about prehospital treatment if anybody wants them.

I was thinking about the being paired with an experienced partner part. Well, as far as possible at least, since we don't have that many to go around right now.

Yeah, kinda like interns.

To anybody else that reads this and hasn't joined, we're in a need for police currently. We only have the patrol cars and just a couple TAC cars staffed. Fire is pretty much fully staffed for now, EMS needs more, as we only have just one ALS and one BLS ambulance, and a doctors car and supervisor. Just a quick message to everyone! :P

I wanna clarify something though, without real life experience of some sort, you probably won't jump straight to TAC, just becuase you need to know your stuff to work it. Usually what I do is have people work patrol, learn the game, then join TAC. Right now, I'm looking mostly for a negotiator

If you're like someone though and you say that out of
Airway
Breathing
and Circulation

Circulation is the most important, you will die. Just sayin... >.> *glares at someone*

Someone didn't folow ABCs.

First you open airway

Then you treat breathing

Then you treat circulatory systems.

Well, I don't know which incident you're referring to so. But if the person is talking, you know A and B are ok. And don't forget D and E, Disability (neurological), and Exposure and Environment.
