I think it will not have any problems:) However, the difference between 1.8.1 and 1.9 is the new vehicle (trailer ladder)
...

Can you get the Seagrave Fire Truck to replace Fire Engine 2 instead?
The Seagrave looks more like Engine 1 / ALS engine. I don't think it would be that hard to switch it between engine 1 or engine 2 though.

After I put in Los Angeles folder the submod, all units from the LA mod disappears 
And I have one question, the fire truck in the game have only red lights but on your image have and blue?

I Like those Old units from the L.A.P.D but I suggest you use aerodynic lightbars.

I think that this lightbars aren't correct because original lightbars are whithout line of D. lights - yellow lights on the each side of lightbars are this lights.I Like those Old units from the L.A.P.D but I suggest you use aerodynic lightbars.
