cant be that bad; depends on what year it is. (personally i want a new Taurus :P)

anyway, i love all the cars for this version. i just wish their was a Camaro :1046275767_ugly:

I wasn't sure if the v1.9 mod will include all these following mods:

  • Lightbar Mod
  • Sosi and Warning Lights
  • Stretchers

I have these installed in my current configuration but wasn't sure if I needed to hang on to these files or if the new LA Mod will include all of these. If this has been asked already, please pardon me.

Of course.. why not... They've been there since LA Mod 1.0 for EM3.. why remove it in EM4's 1.9?

I think he was asking if they are modified in this version because he probably made changes to them.

Whenever, I've installed EM4, the first mod installed is the Mod 1.8, and then afterwards, I would install those three other mods. I'm asking if those three will be included in Mod 1.9 or would I need to install those separately after I install Mod 1.9?

The first LA mod for Emergency 4 was v1.0 and released in August 2005. Every other version replaced the previous version. As well as v1.9 which will just replace v1.8. That make installing the mod easier as you have to install only 1 package for the whole mod. I personally hate update patches and stuff. I am not sure what the lightbar mod is, but the siren script has been edited for v1.9.

Conversation between a FDNY Firefighter and unknown video photographer right after both towers fell and the firefighter is at his truck getting his gear:
Photographer: Did you already go in?
Firefighter: What?
Photographer: Did you go in?
Firefighter: I was there, yea.
Photographer: Are you going back?
Firefighter: Its my Job....
Firefighter then collects his gear and begins walking back toward the towers.....

no he said he released EM4 V 1.0 in 2005. unless it was a typo. or Deluxe came out in 06

I just wonder, where the hell did they read that? The installation instructions are so easy and still some people don't get it?! I just hate that.

Thats the problem, people these days just dont take the time to read.

if im wrong feel free to correct me, but i think that style ladder/boom isnt possible

So much has been deemed impossible,and come to life. While I personally like that style of vehicle for the engineer, the boom serves no real function as it is in the game. The only thing I could see the boom coming into play for was for defective traffic lights, but that would require a script that would require you to fix the lights from the light in the air rather then the box on the ground.

The lightbar mod can just be carried over, and serves no real purpose except for modders who need that style of lightbar. The sosi(which is the siren script) and warning lights are build into the mod.
