well if you think it means that stage one of the map is 30% complete, then I do believe so... After you get the cosmetics of the map layed out, you need to move on to what I would consider Stage two, which is all the technical stuff everyone hates, then Stage 3 (if there is one) I would assume would be the final touches..

The floor map is not even totally mapped out yet, we are doing models because of the fact that you need their size to put on the floor map. Unfortunately old euro models may not necessarilly work out as a guide for our new models which in some cases are larger than the original buildings. We are under 30% I know that for a fact, the detail things that take forever are still a bit off, we can't guess our progress in the least.

I am working on a bank and fire station model. The fire station model will replace the model of the 2nd fire station on the new map, because the older model looks Europian.
I also received Voodoo's pawn shop models, but these need a little tweaking. Voodoo is currently working on a strip mall and MikeyPI on a gas station.

I will post some screenshots coming week. :)

So still no plans to make enter-able-buildings? Nevertheless, awesome job, I always thought station 2 looked odd for an American Fire Station. A strip-mall is very cool as well.
Religion is a brilliant institution, but only because it's a placebo for cosmic ignorance.

Its good to hear about the FD station 2, I was thinking it would look a little out of place on the new map, it looks fine on the current but on the new one... I don't think will be the same story..

I think you should like ban me until this gets released, so I cannot read about it anymore..:P

You're banned, ask and ye shall recieve. Some buildings will be capable of being entered, it takes a great deal of work to furnish such buildings which is why they are not overly a priority here. As we can we will do them, but like the gas station would be done save for the fact that it is opened and to do the interior of the building is taking a great deal of time to do unfortunately.

It's good that enter-able buildings are not a real priority. I rather the outside be as best as it can be.

Yes the Gas station is opened, otherwise it would have been done like a week ago... Unfortunately details take quite some time and are rather repetitive.

Childs only exist so you can turn them off or on. I didn't create new objects for the inside of the bank; MikeyPI is making them for his gas station.
But it doesn't matter if you add the shelves as a child or fixed object.

Simple, start the editor. Place any building on the map, select it and press Properties.
Now you know what I mean with that.
