So, I think TheParanoid was right.
And, by the way:
Only since this number has been introduced European-wide.and german uses 112 not 115. so those austria and i believe switerland as well.

Switzerland also uses 118 for the fire department (next to 112)

112 is european international number. (if you dial 911 in europe you get automatically redirected to 112)

But you can still dial 112 for emergency services, the operator will patch you through to the right service. All countries in Europe have joined the number. It was adopted in Switzerland in 1996.

It's a ford, so that doesn't help much.. Post something where you can see something besides the light colour and the front of it... There isn't much distinctive about this...
