Maybe something to do with transport, like a response van.
I know it's not underground or Network rail but maybe something along those lines?

It has a very odd lightbar, I wonder what colour the middle one is.....

Does anyone know what that model of Citroen is called?

Unless you know what that van is, I don't think there is any way of finding it, I have spend ages trawling trough google images and found nothing.

could it be a blood carrier/service from the NHS??

(don't know the place of it...but all blood carriers/service use that type of stripe as far as i could find)

It's a old lightbar, so perhaps the car is already out of service,...

Edit: Fount a page with 17.967 pictures of UK emergency units,....somewhere around next week i'll let you know if i found it :prop:
