Nope, Not Denmark, not Netherlands.
The country is a member of the EU.
Well, it is kind of a crappy picture to go from..
It about on par what been posted with other pictures.
There a license plate, There even some garbage cans in the picture with readable writing. There a second vehicle in the picture, it can be seen behind the cab of the fire truck.
Sure it a challenge but then the threat is guess the emergency Challenge.

Ummm... The capitol of germany is Berlin, which it isnt, I am going to say there are alot of cities' fire Departments on this forum, but this thread not so many, Um Munich?
