This vehicle is a VETA, it stands for Vehicle with Technical Support Equipment (Veículo com Equipamento Técnico de Apoio). :) I'll accept "rescue vehicle" because it can have other names in some places. :P

Yay,

Ok this one will be tricky, as its not an emergency vehicle, buts its still used by an emergency service. Tip: Its an Event Vehicle for transporting a group of "talented" people.

WMFRS use it to go to events i.e. Galas carrieing fire fighters to tell people about fire safety etc?

Goodness! How can you tell one RAF SAR helicopter at one base from another?

RAF vehicles, similar to every other military group have identification markings.

I just googled "RAF" and the little ID number on it, XZ 596, and this was one of the results it returned:
