To what? Right now, the colour of the unmarked car is black. Black is cool and almost everyone like black cars.

I've taken the liberty of editing some of the PD vehicles as a proof of concept to see if I could edit the rear flashers as well as add the appropriate steady burn lights. What i've done is on the MX7K's, i've added red and blue steady burns to both the blue and to the special light categories, and changed the rear flashers to a pattern that doesn't conflict when you turn on the special light button. With the slicktop I added the correct rear view mirror light and edited the arrow bar, while turning off the additional lights. With the CHP vision, under blue lights the center pod is steady burn, and under special light, pod's 1 and 7 steady burn.
I didn't do a very good job, as this video will attest, but it was more a proof of concept that you, and other light editors might care to see. If nothing else, I think it at least shows that it is possible, within reason, and without having to add more then 4 or 5 lights, with half of them possibly being off depending on personal usuage.

Why isn't the Fire Station, Police Station and the Hospital in the multiplayer version? is there a way to add those in? and also maybe a new map would be great

The addition of the Mod buildings into the Multiplayer is most likey an idea that would cause an already buggy online experience to become frustratingly worse, there are so many things that would have to work that probrably would not aside from the synchronizing of the gameplay between the computers. Aside from that, think about the simple fact of how do you control which player has control over the fire department, the helicopter on the helipad at the hospital, etc.? When you start thinking about the idea more and more you start to see how fast the idea looses it's luster due to the problems it poses without even considering the possibility of it working and how difficult it may be.

Didn't see that, so those that mean there is a Unmarked FBI SUV in the mod right now?Then you have the fact that an FBI 2007 Tahoe was just added into the mod and that vehicle has a new sniper rifle that is unique not just in appearance but also in abilities, you should be able to see the Secret Service really does not add much to this mod.
