It's a cool mod, but I had those problems too , so it's not just Stan's computer that's causing the problem, maybe double check that those files are there, then re upload.

A solution occurred to me yet!
If not winrar you undo it the mod it may be the trouble because I wrapped it with it.
No here the newer expense!

There are a lot of bugs in this version. Some cars don't have wheels, and a lot of modelfiles are missing including police officers. The auto-siren function for the cars also doesn't work.

160 MB for such a mod is ridiculous.
You don't even have new maps (those grounds which can be very large) included in your mod I think.
The LA MOD for Emergency 3 is 'just' 80 MB's (packed in an .e3mod file) and has alot more stuff than your mod.
