Somebody tried it already according to these then?how come there is not a wheel?
I only checked it in the editor, and much cars seem to be invisible (only wheels and lights) some are white and some don't have wheels. I suppose these couls be misconfigurations.

Do you mean convert an eft to jpg? That's impossible. The jpgs we got in the download center are converted by Sixteen Tons
If you mean convert jpg to eft, this can't be done. You must convert the jpg to tga and then the tga can be imported to the editor and will be converted.
Here are the required settings for the tga file:
TGA 24 bit & NOT comprimed
512 x "X" on two sides meaning that you must have 256x256 , 256 x 512 or something other that can be ":" with 512
72 dpi

Yes and no, this depends if you have a fully written readme of the mod with all original authors of vehicles, houses, scripts, childs,... and this depends if you really where allowed to use them

So I withdraw it only rather quasi other mod the model and paint!
Hoppah if he notices it the mod eliminates dared quasi on all of them scipt los Angeles mod!
But there is an own idea otherwise in him!
The orbit for me over complicated! Is not worth so much that here,let me be sending it again there!
The flat one is good for me! I rebuild it then!

- The mod has about 20 missing prototypes when playing the game (vehicles, persons)
- Some vehicles are missing wheels
- There is no readme in the mod
- Most models are used without asking the official author of the models
- The mod uses copyrighted materials without notice in the readme
And i dont know if its me, but the game lags like hell when I enable the mod?
I hope the translator will translate correctly

This burns interesting!goes by all of them at all of the Hungarian players , nothing absentee prototypes and model wheel. Everything is going!No from the models so much that I said it already how there is not an opportunity to model!

I have the deluxe version; but emergency 4 mods work perfectly on deluxe and as those errors are even visible in the editor its definitivly the mod
