Its actually spine board not spring board. Regardless nice try but no lolGet springboard, get stryker, and limited water supply. Does it still count?

Now explorer, are these em4 mod files? I don't have a mod installer so I wouldn't be able to open it, is there anyway you could make a a zip or Rar file like a regular mod?

Xplorer I know we have had our disagreements but your an excellent modder. You continue to surprise me with what you can do its extremely realistic and continues to improve even with the odd bugs now and there.

It's honestly useless, IMO.
For sake of realism, if a vehicle is in need of repair, I call a tow truck or mechanic. A few modders have done this. In my private mod I have it like this.
