So is anyone going to participate at some point or is this topic just a big debate on what the rules of the contest should be?

im having problems getting my skin working but hopefully i will be able to get it on a model and enter

Here's the D.C. Capitol Police Tahoe,it is skinned on the RCMP mod's new Tahoe and has the new legend lightbar by cops.

OMG! Im absolutely speechless! You just completely shot my skin and lights out of the water! I really like how you also did the actual glass for windows, I was starting to think no one else had figured it out. Great job! I also really like your scripts you made up!
