The arabs have taken over Canada...or the logical response would be that it is on duty in a ethnic part of town,hence police translated to either arabic or chinese.

11:30 AM

Detectives are called onto the scene of a hit-and-run case. Coroners and patrol units are already on scene when they arrive. They investigate the body then questions a witness. From there they found out that the car that struck the man was a UPS truck with the last digits of license 5674.

From there they head to the suspected area of all delivery vans. The port. They spot the man and the van. The man seems panicked looking around for a boat away the detectives were guessing. The man flees after seeing detective. One of the detectives gets out and runs foot pursuit while the other speeds ahead and calls for dispatch.

The Crown Vic and other units cut the man off about a mile ahead and he is arrested to man-slaughter.

School is out in BC and RCMP are on the look-out for kids especially. An officer spots 2 boys who were reported for throwing rocks at passing-by cars. The kids are taken away to RCMP HQ and are fined.
