The arabs have taken over Canada...or the logical response would be that it is on duty in a ethnic part of town,hence police translated to either arabic or chinese.

Detectives are called onto the scene of a hit-and-run case. Coroners and patrol units are already on scene when they arrive. They investigate the body then questions a witness. From there they found out that the car that struck the man was a UPS truck with the last digits of license 5674.
From there they head to the suspected area of all delivery vans. The port. They spot the man and the van. The man seems panicked looking around for a boat away the detectives were guessing. The man flees after seeing detective. One of the detectives gets out and runs foot pursuit while the other speeds ahead and calls for dispatch.
The Crown Vic and other units cut the man off about a mile ahead and he is arrested to man-slaughter.

School is out in BC and RCMP are on the look-out for kids especially. An officer spots 2 boys who were reported for throwing rocks at passing-by cars. The kids are taken away to RCMP HQ and are fined.

Not a bad first attempt,however,the stripe is too low and the horse and rider logo on the back is too far to the rear and backwards.

Here's my kick at the can and a possible preview of what to expect when we can finally have some Canadian units in the game...
Breaking news report interupts the Oscars with reports of a shooting in Vancouver.
Copper 9 arrives on scene as VPD and Burnaby RCMP pursue the suspect on the boundary of the 2 cities.
The suspect still fleeing north on Boundary road picks up speed to try to shake the pursuers.
The VPD and RCMP drop back and allow RCMP air 1 to continue pursuit but the inevitable happens and the suspect crashes at the Boundary rd and Kinsway intersection.The units quickly move in block traffic and take the suspect down at gunpoint.
BCAS with supervisor arrives on scene to deal with the injured.
The VPD paddy wagon is called to transport the upstanding citizen to his new room at the crowbar hotel.
