Great video Ghost, is that a Chinese siren? it actually sounds pretty good I have to admit

Yes, the bus looking rig is called a MAB (Mobile Ambulance Bus who would of guessed lol) there starting to get popular they can hold i believe up to 12 patients and i know Chicago has one and Arlington County has one and the New Jersey EMS Task Force has one i believe.

Yes basicaly is that .
But they aren't the only EMS Service in here. The Fire Departments and the Portuguese Red Cross also have emergency ambulances. But INEM is the most important because is the one that manage all this (Thats why the fly-cars and helicopters are from INEM and not from the other services).
