Yeah, saw them on BBC a few days ago, each one's in a different department. The Women Police have the Ferrari, the Traffic Department have the Camaro and I don't know who got the Lambo, pretty sweet though - The OC-D

My friend's photo but its such a beastly car! Jaguar XF with a 3.0 litre V6 engine. Defintely Metropolitan police, possibly Flying Squad.

I paid a visit to Apex VFD yesterday to pick up my application (wish me luck!) and got a few shots at station 1.
In NYC I've heard them call these RAC units, this truck though is swift water rescue:

In New York I believe the type of vehicle is nicknamed a 'Bread Van' because of its shape, RAC stands for what it does: Recuperation and Care (or Rehabilitation and Comfort - depends who you ask).
