I love that ambulance, i always liked russian emeregncy services but this time is a VW T5 or a Chevrolet express

why is that a fail?

If a ambulance ride behind you and you watch your backmirror you wil see normal AMBULANCE and not ECNALUBMA

Hmmm, yeah, however, the difference between the picture and your rendition is that the text "Ambulance" is mirrored, not merely written backwards. "ECNALUBMA" in a mirror will probably look like it's written in Russian, some of the letters are going to be backwards.
