The vehicle that you have to reskin is NNICO's Dodge Charger included in the civil cars cooperation. If you don't have the Civil cars cooperation ,download it here
If you want you can use hoppah's charger or just another dodge charger you have but i recommend you nnico's one because it is very detailed.
