Any more info on the SD? I know it will be started after, and you're working on regular now, but will there be boxes, or anything like the regular V3 in SD?

Yes, we have some big plans for the SD version. First up it's not going to be called the SD version or v4. And we're not gonna half ass it. It will basically be as fun to play as v2 or v3 (hopefully). However because we can't include an insane amount of units or new buildings, for fear of crashing, we have a new gameplay idea, more of a simulation, with a twist. But more on that after the release of v2.1 and v3.

There will be some teasers as to what the new project will be called available as easter eggs in v3, so watch out

Let's see if I can figure this out.

1. You can edit the vehicle XML files, but that won't affect the three speed commands.
2. Find the values in whatever script control those commands. I didn't have any luck finding them myself, so I'm not sure what file those commands are in.

It's in the unit's XML file if you're not using speed controls.

haha yeah, the buildings are scaled to the amount of room we can give them in the map though thats the only issue. Remember people in em4 are massively out of scale, bigger than cars! haha

I think I see the building they did the scaffolding rescue on the other day. Will there be any kind of rescues like that? Also, I saw on the Manhattan mod Facebook page (I think) a pic of police guarding a subway entrance. Subway?

Quick update I have got my v3 to run on my computer now after months of trying by reinstalling the whole of windows 7 blank with nothing but my graphics card drivers and wifi card drivers. I then added em4 plus the mod only The good news is it works and is fairly stable, However not sure if anyone else has this or if been prior mentioned not that i could see at least but when I do certain things so far noted the fire station doors script up and down and calling in certain units with Police Sargent etc. I get a script error or series of but works fine once i do control alt delete to get task manager switch to the script error and keep hitting retry then works fine switch back to game and all is good any help with either updated version of v3 or some kinda help to avoid this error would be great but as and when home as work keeps me away from home now for weeks at a time sometimes I will look forward to playing online with you all on v3.

In regards to strain the mod puts on the computer, is it about the same as V2? In other words, if you could play V2, should you be able to play V3?
