If you cant read that, what makes me think your going to be able to read a fix if i post one?


Well Xplorer if you'd read the previous posts from me you'd find I did read your previous fixes, perhaps you cannot read sir if you want to throw jabs?

I replied to you with why I sent that data via PM. If you can't read that perhaps I can translate it to a format you can understand?

Your paranoid and scared to post your PC Specs on the internet. This is not my problem.

Here's a format maybe you can understand: Maybe you should have asked in the thread if it was OK to PM the info? How's that for thought? It respects my wishes not to be contacted via pm, while opening a line of communication where MAYBE I would say yes, feel free to PM me. Thats what you don't comprehend. That and the sarcasim in the text posted about reading. Although it is a valid point none the less. Since you want to be a smart ass there will be no help for you.

Another idea you may consider: I don't see the need for the EMS supervisor to be able to call fire personnel and the BN Chief to be able to call specific ambulances. I would limit it to just those things that matter. Have the EMS SUP be able to call just medical (with an exception made to call an ALS engine) and the BN Chief only call fire (with the exception to call the nearest ambulance). You've just freed up a few slots in each for some new commands

Love Your MOD, though I have a couple of questions.

1.) At the LAPD police station I love how you can have the bomb squad, and normal police cars all parking back there. Unfortunately, I noticed you can only park there units there. I was wondering is it possible to make space so more units can park there as well (3-4 other LAPD units). If so how would I go about doing this? (I'd guess it deals with the command section but I just need a little help there)

2.) Also I noticed the boarder patrol, and ATF command center, and other units helicopters are missing (LASD, ETC). I understand they don't have a purpose but I was wondering how I go about reinstalling them into this mod.

I will consider it, but tbh I dont see this happening but it is something I will look in to. I can not recall exactly which commands the BC and EMS Sup have off hand. Just an FYI you can disable PM's in your profile Xplorer, perhaps that might be a better solution if you don't want PM's. :)

I want my PM box open for a reason hints why I havent disabled it and put this in my sig in hopes people getting the message. Kind of like you didnt think about asking if you could pm me.

Well .. it worked, sorta :gruebel: .

I was able to unblock the boarder patrol units, and the ATF Command Center. Unfortunately, I noticed neither unit has sirens their "mute" it seems, and there are no boarder patrol police officers available to staff the car. It shows me an image of a regular police officer, but when I click him I see the image of a boarder patrol officer in the info section it doesn't make sense. Do I need to add something else back, or is it just my end messing up?

Also, I have three other issues. I noticed I have 2 mass causality units, it's not an issue just thought I'd throw that out there. The battalion cars, and the ems cars are messed up too. One battalion cheif's car says idtooltipBC2 (I'm guessing because we have 2 spawning now?) The same goes for the dodge charger ems car it says idtooltipems2. I tired to see if I can fix this but I'm not that smart in that area and I kept crashing the game. I know it has to do with unit info thats about it.

I dont know exactly what you mean in regards to "mute." I mean I understand the definition of the word, but dont get the exact problem. None the less I am no longer going to offer support for units that I disabled. All I can say is I have not altered the disabled units in anyway other then perhaps lighting. So there should not be any problems.

Ok for the MCU, if you want to fix it, simple go into Units->Vehicles->LA Ambulance and delete one of the two MCU Folders.

As for the other units, pretty sure these were all fixed up in the patches provided. I would suggest you start applying the patches from the first post and see if it persists.

:holdglass: Well do, I just realized it's 5 am, and I've been tinkering with your mod for like 4 hrs. I really love it, I'm trying to learn it add/change things. I keep messing up but I figure that's the only way to learn. I'm going to bed though I'll do what you said in the morning. Appreciate the info. Keep up the amazing work on your mod :cheers:

So why is this version crashing to screen while all your beta versions worked for me fine? ._. Grrr. I think I'm missing a step somewhere.

Download Hoppahs.... Copy yours over it? Because when I use yours plain it crashes. :( IRSad.

Yes, you have to have Hoppahs mod before you can install this one. Hence the name SUBmod

And yes, Xplorer4x4, installed your version then the Patch 4. I'm going to try a few more things, but the log file is not really giving any help.

Ok looks like patch 4's map file was the culprit of the crash. I suspected this but thanks to Moo was able to confirm this. I deleted patch 4 and replaced it with Patch 41. It also includes some update script for the topolicestation commands. Nothing major was changed, just more optimized code.

This new version works perfectly fine.

Im having problems with:

1. I usually don't use the SWR, so when I sound the alarm to re-crew my units in FS1 it is aleady crewed up. However I still get 2FF/Paramedics, and a rescue guy every time I sound the alarm...They just start to pile up in the lot, till the EMS Supervisor cant park.
2. The ambulance scripts work for the initial setup, however when I sound the alarm to re-crew some times I get all three and some times I get just the paramedic stretcher bearers.

1. Strange, the scripts should check and see if the units already staffed. What if you send the SWR to HQ? Do they still pile up?
2. Taken from the read me:

Does this sound sound like what your experiencing.
