There should be a file there called em4.cfg

Open it with notepad and edit it with what the link to LA Mod site says

so edit it with note pad and it wont let me it keeps saying em4 and stuff denied

If it is then uncheck the box
I dont think mine was though

Try overwriting you existing config file with the one attached but make sure you have a backup of your file before you replace it.

Well when i try to save it in the file that it needs to go to it has the file name and then says denied well instead of saving it in the new folder in the file i made it wants to save it in my documents and i do but it hasent worked on la mod v2.0

pull the file out of the la mod folders and put it on your desktop. open and edit the file. put the file back where you got it.

Well it it's my laptop and it keeps saying you need permission from the administrator to save this would u like to save this in your doucuments

Log into an administrator account if you can, and try.

Also, what operating system are you using?

I am the adminastrater and it's windows xp and windows 7 the game runs fine but I caint get the camera hack to work
